The hazard
On certain buses built on a Ford chassis and equipped with a frame/floor extension, when a force is applied on the seat belt of seats installed over the frame/floor extension, the frame extension adaptor may deform or tear. In the event of a crash, the provided extension adaptor may break causing the floor to raise and deform, enhancing the risk of injuries for passengers seating on the seats attached over the frame/floor extension and the row directly in front of them. Correction: Vehicle owners will be provided with instructions and parts to modify the vehicles.
