Mercedes-Benz ML Class: Seats and Restraints
Affects Mercedes-Benz ML Class · 2015 — about 66 vehicles.
The hazard
On certain vehicles, the fastener that attaches the rear seat belt might have been improperly assembled. If this condition were present, in the event of a vehicle crash with high loads on the belt attachment, the seat belt end fitting could separate and fail to properly restrain the occupant. This would increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the seat belt fastener and repair if necessary.
