The hazard

On certain vehicles, a bolt used in the passenger flip-up seat structures located on the curbside of the bus may prematurely fail. If the bolt were to fail, the seat bottom will fold downwards, which could increase the risk of injury to the seat occupant. Correction: Dealers will inspect and repair as required.
