The hazard

On certain vehicles, there may be a brake imbalance between the steer axle and drive axle brakes. As a result, the rear brakes may overheat, which would increase the risk of a tire blowout and/or a wheel-end fire on the drive axle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the front or rear brake chambers as necessary.
