The hazard

On certain vehicles, a bolt which attaches the side air bag inflated curtain to the vehicle structure may be loose or missing. In the event of a side impact or roll-over crash that warrants side air bag curtain deployment, a loose or missing bolt could result in improper deployment. This could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and repair the bolts as required.
