The hazard

Certain vehicles equipped with manual reclining seatbacks may not conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 202 - Head Restraints. On some vehicles, either front seat may display seatback movement. If the vehicle were struck from behind, the head restraint may not meet the requirements of the standard, which could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the seatback recliner mechanism and make adjustments as necessary.
