The hazard

On certain buses, the Q'Straint Max self-locking, self-tensioning, retractable wheelchair restraint system may not properly lock. This may cause the wheelchair to roll forward as the vehicle decelerates until the full length of the webbing is extended. Should this occur during heavy braking or a vehicle crash, it could result in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the Q'Straint Max restraint belts with Q'Straint Deluxe belts..
