The hazard
On certain fifth wheel trailers, the water heater may have been incorrectly wired during the vehicle assembly process. Incorrect wiring could cause the water heater's gas valve to open and allow LP gas into the burner tube when the electric switch is turned on. This could result in an explosion and/or fire, possibly causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect the wiring and make corrections if necessary.
