The hazard

On certain child seats, when used in the forward facing position with the Safe-Stop load limiting device, the occupant can experience excursion that would exceed the required limit of 720 mm. As a result, the seat occupant may receive increased injury during a vehicle crash. Correction: The existing Safe-Stop should continue to be used until June 18, 2007 after which a replacement will be available through PJM.
