National RV Tropi-Cal, Islander +1 more: Seats and Restraints
Affects National RV Tropi-Cal, Islander, Tradewind · 2005–2006 — about 35 vehicles.
The hazard
Certain motorhomes were equipped with seatbelts in the driver and front passenger seats only. The Tropi-Cal model sleeps five and therefore requires three additional seatbelts while the Tradewind and Islander models, having sleeping arrangements for four, require two additional seatbelts. An unrestrained occupant, in the event of a crash, could receive personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will install additional seat belts.
