Suzuki Kingquad 700 (LT-A700X): Steering
Affects Suzuki Kingquad 700 (LT-A700X) · 2005 — about 4K vehicles.
The hazard
On certain vehicles, the tie rod ends may have become damaged during vehicle assembly. As a result, a portion of the rubber boot surrounding the area where the attachment shaft comes out of the housing could lose it's tight seal, allowing water or debris to enter the housing, and could eventually lead to separation of the housing from the attachment shaft. Separation of the tie rod end housing from the attachment shaft could cause the rider to lose control and an accident resulting in injury or death could occur. Correction: Dealers will replace both tie rod assemblies.
