The hazard
On certain motorhomes, the rear hitch attachment brackets that connect the hitch assembly to the chassis may fracture when towing a vehicle or trailer. If these brackets fail, the hitch assembly would become disengaged from the motorhome and whatever is being towed would become free and could cause a crash. Correction: Dealer will replace the hitch receiver brackets.
