The hazard

On certain vehicles built on Spartan or Freightliner chassis and equipped with Michelin 255/80R22.5 XRV tires, the cords can fatigue if the tires are overloaded, underinflated or a combination thereof. This may result in a loss of control and could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealer will replace both front tires with new Michelin 275/70R22.5 XZA1 tires. These tires will provide a greater carrying capacity. This action is deemed a Safety Improvement Campaign and is not being conducted under the safety act.
