The hazard

On certain vehicles, the cooling fan hub mounting bolts could fail resulting in the hub and fan assembly separating from the engine, which may result in equipment damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealer will replace the fan hub mounting bracket by removing the fan hub and rebuilding the assembly with the newly designed mounting bracket.
