The hazard

Certain vehicles fail to meet C.M.V.S.S. 104. During the system frozen test the washer pump fuse failed. Correction: Dealer will replace the 5 amp fuse with a 10 amp fuse and install a new 10 amp label over the original 5 amp designation on the fuse panel label.
