The hazard
On certain vehicles, a loss of throttle control may occur when the exhaust brake has been activated, the brakes are applied and the vehicle is coming to a stop. Control of the throttle will return when the ignition is turned off and then on. Correction: Engine Control Module (ECM) will be reprogrammed.
