The hazard

Note: Tires installed as original equipment on 2000-2001 Nissan Altima vehicles. Certain tires may experience shoulder area cracking on the inboard (vehicle) side. With continued operation, the shoulder area crack may propagate and expose the belt edge. This could eventually lead to belt edge separation and possible tire failure. Correction: Tires will be replaced.
