The hazard
On certain trailers, the brake drums are not compatible with steel disc wheel manufactured by Hayes-Lemmers International, Inc. This incompatibility can result in brake drum failure and an immediate loss of braking control. Correction: Brake drums will be replaced with compatible drums or drums will be repaired by the installation of a wheel spacer.
