The hazard

Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The right front clearance lamp was obstructed by the spare tire. Missing front side reflex reflectors and rear identification lamps. Improperly located combination tail/stop rear turn signal lamps and rear reflex reflectors. Correction: Relocate spare tire, install front side reflex reflectors and rear ID lamps and move the combination tail/stop rear turn signal lamps and reflex reflectors to a more rearward location.
