Harley-Davidson Tour Glide (Flt): Fuel System
Affects Harley-Davidson Tour Glide (Flt) · 1999–2000 — about 3K vehicles.
The hazard
Certain motorcycles were built with a fuel tank vent system and a bank angle switch that could malfunction. Either of these conditions could cause the engine to stall/quit while riding. This could result in loss of control and a possible crash without prior warning. Correction: A bracket will be installed to prevent the vapor valve from moving out of position and another bracket will be installed to secure the bank angle sensor.
