The hazard
On certain snowmobiles, washers may be missing under the steering rack. If the washers are missing the steering rack could drop down, which may result in loss of steering control. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected for missing washers under the head of the bolts that hold the steering rack to the idler arm and pitman arm and washers will be installed where necessary.
