THE FRONT SEAT BELT SHOULDER TURNING LOOP ANCHORS MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM THE HEAT TREATING OPERATION AND MAY NOT BE PROPERLY HARDENED. AS A RESULT THE ASSEMBLY DOES NOT MEET THE PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STANDARD. CORRECTION: THE TURNING LOOP WILL BE REPLACED WITH A PROPERLY HARDENED PART.
