The hazard
CIRCUMFERENTIAL CRACKING CAN OCCUR IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL ABOVE THE BEAD AREA. THE CRACKING OCCURS EXCLUSIVELY ON THE WHITE SIDEWALL SIDE OF THE TIRE. THE CRACK FORMS WITHIN THE TURN-UP AREA ABOVE THE BEAD AND PROPAGATES BOTH INWARD AND OUTWARD. THIS COULD RESULT IN PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE TIRE IN SERVICE. CORRECTION: TIRES WILL BE REPLACED.
