THE REAR MOST AXLE OF THE TANDEM AXLE SET MAY HAVE INOPERABLE BRAKES ON ONE OR BOTH WHEELS DUE TO THE INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF THE BRAKE S-CAMS. THIS COULD RESULT IN INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCES AND THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE CRASH. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND S-CAMS WILL BE PROPERLY INSTALLED WHERE REQUIRED.
