The hazard

Certain trucks were built without inversion valves. The inversion valve provides modulated spring brake application during emergency braking when the "A" portion of air the air brake system has failed. This would result in less than designed brake effectiveness in the case of a half system failure. Correction: Inversion valves will be installed.
