NOTE: COMMERCIAL, DUAL AND TRI-AXLE, REFRIGERATED AND DRY VAN, SEMI-TRAILERS WITH CERTAIN HENDRICKSON OR NEWAY SUSPENSIONS AND CERTAIN DANA OR ROCKWELL AXLES. A CRACK COULD DEVELOP OUTBOARD OF THE AXLE ATTACHMENT WHICH, IF LEFT UNCORRECTED, CAN PROGRESS TO SEPARATION OF THE END OF THAT AXLE, INCLUDING DUALS (TIRES AND WHEELS) FROM THE TRAILER WITHOUT WARNING. THESE COULD ROLL IN A FREE AND UNCONTROLLED MANNER ON THE HIGHWAY AND COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH. CORRECTION: OWNERS WILL BE ADVISED TO INSPECT TRAILERS PERIODICALLY TO ENSURE THAT NO CRACKS ARE PRESENT. IF CRACKS ARE FOUND NEW AXLE AND BEAM ASSEMBLIES WILL BE INSTALLED.
