The hazard

DEFECT: DOES NOT COMPLY WITH C.M.V.S.S. 207 - ANCHORAGE OF SEATS THE SEATS HAVE AN IMPROPERLY LOCATED WELD ON A LEVER ARM WHICH SUPPORTS THE SEAT BACK. THIS WELD MAY FAIL UNDER NOMINAL LOADING OF THE SEAT BACK, CAUSING THE SEAT BACK TO FALL BACKWARD FREELY WITHOUT SUPPORT TO THE DRIVER. CORRECTION: WHERE THE SUSPECT WELD IS DEFECTIVE, THE SEAT BACK WILL BE REPLACED.
