The hazard
DEFECT: THE TEFLON BUSHING MAY SLIDE OUT OF THE CABLE HOUSING AND CAUSE THE ACCELERATOR TO STICK PARTIALLY OPEN RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE SPEED AND A POSSIBLE ACCIDENT. CORRECTION: THE THROTTLE CABLE WITH TEFLON BUSHING WILL BE REPLACED BY ONE WITH PLASTIC BUSHING.
