The hazard
ON BUSES EQUIPPED WITH HAND THROTTLE, THE THROTTLE CABLE SUPPORT BRACKET AT THE ACCELERATOR ROD MAY HAVE BEEN BENT OR MISALIGNED DURING ASSEMBLY. THIS COULD RESULT IN THE ACCELERATOR EVENTUALLY STICKING IN THE PARTIAL TO FULL THROTTLE POSITION WITH SUBSEQUENT POSSIBLE LOSS OF CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH. CORRECTION: THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET WILL BE REPLACED AND INSTALLED IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION
