The hazard
THE SEAT BELT WEBBING MAY BE CHAFED BY THE SEAT FRAME AS THE SEAT SLIDES BACK AND FORTH. OVER TIME THE BELT COULD WEAR THROUGH RENDERING IT INEFFECTIVE. CORRECTION: A SPACER WILL BE INSTALLED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE SEAT BELT AND SEAT FRAME. ALSO, CHAFED SEAT BELTS WILL BE REPLACED.
