The hazard
On certain vehicles, door striker nuts may be cracked or broken. In the event of a collision impact, a cracked or broken striker nut could allow the door to unexpectedly open. CMVSS 206 - Door Latches Hinges and Locks. Correction: Door striker nuts will be replaced.
