The hazard

Certain vehicles were built with Sealco air start control valves containing an internal component which could under normal operating conditions become damaged and cause the valve to malfunction. A malfunction could allow air pressure to bypass the control valve and start the engine of a parked vehicle, resulting in the potential for injury to persons working in or around the engine compartment.
