THIS CONDITION RESTRICTS EXHAUST GAS FLOW AND MAY CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO EMIT EXHAUST GAS POLLUTANTS IN EXCESS OF LEVELS REQUIRED BY CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 1103 - EXHAUST EMISSIONS.
