The hazard

On certain C800, L800 and W9000 vehicles equipped with 12,000 pound front axles and optional case aluminum front wheel hubs except those vehicles involved in recall v76061. The hubs may experience high mileage fatigue cracks in the wheel mounting flange or inner bearing area of the hub. If the cracks progress circumferentially, the wheel mounting flange could separate from the hub, allowing the wheel and tire to separate from the vehicle.
