TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR ENGINES. THE HAND THROTTLE CABLE ENGINE SUPPORT BRACKET WAS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED AND COULD, IN THE EVENT OF A THROTTLE CABLE FAILURE, JAM THE THROTTLE IN THE OPEN POSITION. VEHICLES WERE SOLD TO CUSTOMERS IN THE PROVINCES OF ONTERIO, MANITOBA AND SASKATCHEWAN.
