THE BOTTOM HOIST PIN RETAINING BELT CAN LOOSEN AND FALL OUT. THIS COULD ALLOW THE HOIST PIN TO SLIDE OUT OF THE HOIST BASE CAUSING THE HOIST TO LEAN TO ONE SIDE. IF THIS OCCURS WHILE THE DUMP IS UPRIGHT THE VEHICLE COULD OVERTURN.
