VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FA616, 617,618 OR 619 NARROW PIVOT CENTER FRONT AXLE AND DUPLEX TIRE COMBINATIONS. THE STEERING GEAR LEVER WAS INSTALLED ONE TOOTH "OUT OF TIME" IN RELATION TO THE STEERING GEAR SECTOR SHAFT MARKINGS TO ELIMINATE AN INTERFERENCE CONDITION BETWEEN THE STEERING DRAG LINK CLAMP AND THE STEERING ARM. ANY SUBSEQUENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT TO MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS COULD CAUSE THE INTERFERENCE CONDITION WHICH MAY RESULT IN DRAG LINK FAILURE AND COMPLETE LOSS OF STEERING.
