INCORRECT PUSH NUTS WERE USED ON THE BRAKE LEVER RETAINING PIN ON THE DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY SUCH THAT THEY MAY BECOME DISLODGED CAUSING THE RETAINING PIN TO FALL FROM POSITION. THE RESULT WOULD BE LOSS OF BRAKES.
